    Hi Tara, your question intrigues me because there is no nutritional value in guava seeds unless you plan on growing the plant itself.

    If they don't have any value then I doubt you can find them in a health food store. Can you not try your local nursery. Could be they could direct you to a source.

    Usually more information from the OP will generate better answers.
