    Cucumber leaves turning white
    Cucumbers have just germinated and now the leaves are turning white. What causes this?

    Avoid watering from above, only water at the soil level. I don't know where you are located, but it sounds like the young leaves are being burnt from water left on the leaves in the sun. Good idea to water at the soil level in the morning. They are succulents after all, so maybe more water at night until they are established and climbing.
