    Why are State required tests in the morning when most students are really tired?
    I have been taking WKCE's this past week and it has been somewhat difficult because it is around 7:30 to 10:00 when I am taking the test. Most teenagers are developing so they need more sleep than others. But if we took them at the end of the day I would predict most students to be impatient for the school day to be over and wouldn't be as focused as they could be. Would the middle of the school day be a better time frame for these state tests?

    Sounds like issues in going to bed early enough, if you know you are getting up at a certain time, then go to sleep early enough. That is part of planning for your test
