    Define "Follow Up" please.
Do you mean, you have a work out routine, and what is a good method to cool down afterwards? Or what a good workout routine would be?
If you could please answer these questions, it would be very helpful.
Also, what types of the body are you focusing on, arms, legs, midsection, something else, everything?
And, how physically fit are you; how much physical training can you endure?

My cousin n I are just starting to workout, its our 1st time and we would like to know what a good workout routine would be for full body. If you have any examples of how to use it with gym equipment that would be great, and if you have any pictures it would be better, that way we can visualize what to do. Thank you for your response and for showing interest in helping us.

A good workout routine is something like squats, deadlift, bench press, lunges, pull down (or pull-up if you are strong), stiffleg deadlift, dips, military press, barbell row, crunch, hyper-extension.

Here's a link to a barbell squat Barbell Squat
This website has all the exercises I mentioned, so you can see how to do them.

Most of them can be done at home with bodyweight. Do press-ups instead of bench press.

Keep your workout simple. You don't need lots of weird machines, a barbell or a couple of dumbbells will do the job.

That's some great advice about workout routines Eileen. Might I suggest to the OP to check out FitClick for additional information. There are a lot of great workout ideas for beginners and experts there. Good luck to you Raul!

Can anyone judge if my work out routine will work? [ 1 Answers ]

All right, this summer I really want to lose a lot of weight. Not a ton but enough to make a difference. I'll be starting my Senior Year in high school in August and I don't want to be the fat kid again, know what I mean? What I've been doing for the past three days is walking 2 miles everyday...
