Because you will get your heart rate up making it difficult to fall asleep.

Its okay to exercise a little earlier at night. I typically work out between 5-7pm. But I then don't go to bed until 11pm. But if you go to bed at 10pm and are working out at 9pm you might have some trouble falling asleep. Plus you get all of those chemicals going in your brain that make you alert and peppy.

Exercising a watse of time? Noooooo.
    I love working out.

Yeah I mean it is tiring but if you're a newbie you start slow, then slowly work your way up to high intensity.
ITs consistency, the more you do, the stronger you get and the longer you can push it.

I prefer working out at night, cause like then all the food kind of goes byebye. XDD

Well what I meant was I always thought that if you are trying to lose weight and they say not to exercise before you go to bed then I always thought that maybe exercising wouldn't help you lose weight... I like working out but its to hard for me (im a beginer .lol )

Haha yea me too! I just get tired.

    And BR_hjs
Sometimes working out can make you gain wegight. Muscle weight. I learned the number is not as important as how you look.
I love working out, it gets boring but I try to make it fun! Hahaha xD

Yeah.. I try to look at the scale thinking that it helps and if the numbers lower then I must look better.. not always true. And it bothers me when its higher. Lol. So I try not to look at the scale and go by how I look instead.
I usually listen to music when I work out. Music makes me all hyper anyway. Well, most of the time... sometimes it makes me tired

Haha You know, I cry (not literally) if it's a high number.but you can be at a low nubmer and look like POOPOO.

I think the toner you are the better but omg I hate high numbers!
Hahaha Yea I feel like nothing is happening when I work out.

Me tooo, music actually makes oyu go more :D
And don't think of exercise to be boring.
You know, like running, soccer, tennis, football, walking, dancing, swimming, so many other things are all work outs as well, its not always a weight and a gym. I mean depending on your age, if your young like me, you want a fun workout that you can do with your friends, and it won't even feel like you are working out.

*If you like video games, DDR (dance Dance Revolution) is fun and a good form of exercise.

Well you have some lazy friends then lol.
Try to get them to play some sports with you!
Or the best thing you can do, join a sports team in your school.

If your not up for that if you have any pets, walk them, or walk with a family member, like if your mom/dad want to go to the store, tell them to walk there if it's a quick stop, getting even 10 minutes of exercise helps better then getting nothing

My sister is wanting to lose weight so I walk with her sometimes but she almost never goes... maybe like once a month she goes and its not enough. She says she doesn't feel good or doesn't have time. She always has an excuse... by the way she doesn't even have a job and my parents would never spend that much time with me... they spend all their time with my older brother and my nephew

You have to motivate your sister, get her off her bumbum and out the door!

Your parents would spend time with you if you ask them :)

No they wouldn't... I've asked before they say things like mayber later or tomorrow and then they never do. My mom said she would get me some new clothes for school... I've been in school almost 2 months now and don't have them. She won't go driving with me either and I've asked her plenty of times.( I just got my permit)
