There ara a lot of ways to gain weight, first you need to track how many carbs you eat, once you no that double them per day, that's a good start there are tons of weight gaining products out there. If you have a high metabolism like I do make sure you eat before and after you workout, you don't need a whole lot of cardio workout, your just trying to put on weight but you want it to be healthy weight. You must workout or it will just be fat, and unhealthy.
