So far you have posted about every aspect of your physical body, AB. Some of your questions are just not applicable. Nothing you can do. Over what period did you lose the 3 pounds. It is a safe to lose 2 pounds a week at best.

    How old you are

I have no idea. What age are you, what height and weight are you? What's your ethnic type? Are you male or female?

I know! I just did all those questions so the memory of my computer go away because my sister will tell my mom or my dad that I have a myspace! But I made that account to make sure my sister does not do anything wrong.

    AB,

Speaking as a Grandfather, puberty is something you really want to get. "Puberty", is a statement of age. Both boys and girls go through puberty. It's the pre-teen and early teen age years.

The "It" I think your sister is referring to is your "Peroid". Healthwise this a normal event for all women.

Usually once a month, for about a week or less your body cleans the lining of your uterus. This discharge passes out of your uterus and out through you vaginal area. Because it manifests itself as a bloody discharge women use "Sanitary Napkins" to absorb the discharge.

When women are going through this cycle women experience, bloating (gas), crankiness headaches...

All of this is normal and nothing to be ashmed or afraid of.

    What age are you?

Looking at what you have posted, I'd say you still have a fair bit of growing to do.

It's not a hard and fast rule, but looking at your parents may give you an indication of your full height. Girls often end up within two inches of their mother's height, and boys end up close to their father's. Of course, if your mother is very small and your father is very tall, you are likely to be taller than your mother.

Honestly, it's not as bad as all that. My three daughters have all recently got their periods, and didn't find it was a big deal. Their ages varied from 11 to 13 when they started.

Having a period can be a little messy if you get taken unaware, and sometimes you may have cramps, but it doesn't make you do anything that is against your nature.

Sneaky tip: It can be a great way to get a bit of extra pocket money. Dads never know how much towels cost, so if you ask for money for "girl things", you can get away with asking for about twice as much as you really need...

You can actually lose a lot of body fat by increasing your protein intake, while lowering your fat intake. It's an old trick that weight lifters do to get lean faster.

And obviously, you'll want to increase your physical activity.
