    Cut out junk food, fast food, fried foods, white flour products, choose whole grain instead like wheat breads, cereals, pasta and rice. Eat lean cuts of meats like skinless chicken, turkey breast, fish, loin type meats, A serving is 3 oz), Bake or broil in olive or canola oil. Low fat, skim dairy products, yogurt, low fat, or skim cheeses. (2-3 servings every day) Veggies, fruits with every meal, Cut out presweetened drinks and drinks lots of water. Aerobics, resistance training, jogging, walking, swimming, or biking, 4-5 times a week, 30-60 minute sessions. It takes time and patience working on flattening your abs, 50% nutrition and 50% exercise.
