    Got dumped.gained weight!
    Well my boyfirend and I broke up... I used food for comfort especially chocolate and maccas... I have such a busy schedule that while eating all this food I didn't find time to work it off... so now I've put on 5kg...

    I just don't have time to work it off now I'm scared that I will continue to gain weight?

    What is some easy and time efficient things I can do too loose a little bit of weight...

    I've tried getting up early and workout but I'm too tired for the day, then I tried after I got home but again still was too busy...

    HELP!!

    Well, get off the junk, drink water, lots of it, use fruit to liven it up abit, snack on fruits, or nuts and seed, but watch portion sizes, a handful is the max! Now that your free, you have a reason to LOOK GOOD, start concentrating pon eating better, smaller portions, whole grain pasta, breads, rice, leaner meats, veggies, low fat dairy like milk, yogurt and skim type cheesets, Cut out fried foods, fast foods, processed foods! When you get home, take a walk,( if you can't exercise,) for 1/2 hr, it will help, but try to get into a regular overall body, exercise program, motivate yourself, now is a great time for you to make changes!!
