I need a word problem answered for free
Previously, we received a % commission from our sponsor bars, on a weekly basis, for the business we directed to the bar.

As such, we have these points of data for each sport/division/season:
    ◦ seasonal number of total players registered in the division for which the bar is the sponsor
    ◦ head counts at 30 minute intervals of players who went to the bar (we do not have the total in the door for each night, that is too difficult to track)
    ◦ nightly sales figures (bar ring)

Our goal is to move off a post-sales commission and onto a pre-sales sponsor fee. To accomplish this, we must determine a reasonable fee to charge the bars per season / per division.

How would you determine this figure?
