    The one with the most risk will yield the greatest return. The guy who jumps from the alley, guaranteeing to double your $ in one week, is high risk: a 4% per year CD is low risk. Determine your tollerance for risk, and pick your poison between the two extremes.

    I don't think there is a "fast" way. Six month Certificates of Deposit are safe, and pay better interest than savings accounts and money markets.
