Tigger Inc.’s expected dividend next year is $3.50 per share (i.e. D1 = $3.50). The dividend is expected to grow at a rate of 6 percent per year. The risk-free rate is 5 percent and the expected return for bearing market-level risk is 12 percent. If the company’s beta is 1.20, what is the price of the stock today?
