    Analysis of Intrinsic Value
    Neede by 4/30/2007

    Company: GENERAL ELECTRIC (GE)

Prepare an analysis of your company's Intrinsic Value based on:

    • A 3 year holding period

    • Use the companies Weighted Average Cost of Capital as the Required
Return (you must calculate yourself using Yahoo or some other source)

    • Use the Dividend Discount Model (DDM), stating assumptions and
rationale on dividend growth, ROE, retention ratio, etc.

    • Analyze and comment of the company's current and future/expected
share price based on Price Earnings ratio (P/E) analysis

    • Analysis should include assumptions, rationale, calculations and conclusions.

    • No more than 3 pages prepared in a Word document (not hand written)
