I would like to know the value of some $2 notes
    Hello
I have 5 $2 notes that I would like to know the value of. They have a seal that says F and also Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta Georgia around it. They are from 1976 and have a green seal and green numbers also a 6 near all 4 corners. It says E1 on the left and E10 on the right. I have 4 more of these that have a US postage stamp (13 cents) on the upper right hand corner along with a US post office date stamped on it of Apr 13 1976. Does this lower (or raise) the value? Thank y ou for your help.
