How do I calculate a percentage change in the cost to activity level.
    output(units) TC ($)
    4000 40,800
    6000 50,000
    7500 54800

note: variable cost per unit is constant within this activity range and there is a step up of 10% in the TFC when the activity level exceeds 5500 units
