    Formula on how to get owners capital if unknow on the trial balance
    In a trial balance, all account titles are given with the corresponding debit and credit amount except the credit amount along owners capital, let me ask this question, how can I find out or get the amount of owners capital if unknown? Can you help me answer my question?

    The debit and credit columns should equal, so just find the missing number by what's missing in the credit column total.
