    Finding Revenue on Excel
    Hi I am given this data and I am suppose to find revenue using excel

    This Is what I was given

    Price $225
    Variable Cost $100
    Fixed cost $10000

    The problem is how would I find revenue for this using excel. I don't know what to do because this is the only information I was given

    An actual dollar amount of total revenue isn't determinable solely from the given info. Either there's an error in the question, or there's some additional data elsewhere.

    You can say that Revenue = 225q (where q = total units sold) and you wouldn't be wrong, but I doubt the question is looking for an answer in that form. Check around for that additional data, or ask your instructor if there's a typo somewhere.

    Here's one possibility: Look around for the word "breakeven" somewhere.
