    Confirmation of Accounting Questions
Hi, and thank you for any help you offer in advance!

I have a few questions I am stuck on - I believe I know the answer - just confirmation before I submit please...

    1) I need to classify the following organisation by its legal form:
A large organisation importing.exotic fruits to the UK.
It is either a chartered company (NO), a company limited by guarantee (NO, as assuming it is profit based), an LLP or a company limited by shares.

I am thinking company limited by shares? Bit unsure at this point.

    2) Is the following true?
All UK public companies must prepare their accounts using IFRSs. (I think so)

    Thank you
