    Preferred stock - cumulative , 6 % R 156.00 par
    5000 shares authorized, 4207 issued
    Common stock - R 4.00 par 50000 authorized
    Shares issued and outstanding 42703
    Question is calculate preferred stock dividends

    For Preferred stock simply take the percentage amount times the par value times the number of shares issued and outstanding.
