    Where can I get red permanent hair dye?
    This weekend in gonna dye my hair and I want it to be blood red. Where can I buy permanent blood red hair dye?

    If "mom" allowed it... I'm more than certain "mom" knows where to get it.

    Otherwise it really does look like someone intends to do it on their own then spring it on mom saying "Ha, it doesn't wash out".

    No! My mom knows and she said its going to turn pink when it washes out so I want to get it permanent so it doesn't wash out

    For that color you need to go to a hair dresser as it is not simply putting one color in your hair. They need to prepare your hair for the color.
