    Worried mother
I have asked for a restraining order against my ex. He has our children in his home and refuses to let me or my family take them anywhere or be a part of their lives. I love my kids so much and miss them like crazy. What do I do?

Get a family member to try to pick them up, if he refuses then call the cops and have them meet with you and that family member. Tell them what's going on and they should help you get your children.

Family members have no rights to the child. As the father he is within his rights to refuse and there is nothing illegal about it.

Ashley, we need more background. How did he get custody, if he did, and what exactly did the court order say (if there is one)?
