When I file a motion in family court when does the court have to answer me
I do not have an attorney. I am battling flroida dcf. I have filed a motion to have new evidence heard and to bring to the courts attention that dcf has not lived up to what they have told us. When I filed the motion, the clerk told me that the judge would have to look at it and then decide if I can be heard or not. Is this right?

What type of motion did you file, did you file to regain custody, I am not sure what a motion to introduce new evidence, unless you have a open case already being heard ?

Next I will be blunt, you have little chance against DCF services if you don't have an attorney.
