    What qualifies for Abandonment in California, for Divorce
    My husband abandoned me and left the Country. We were in California at the time. He has been gone 3 years. How do I file for Divorce?

    You just file for it. California is a no-fault state when it comes to divorce. You don't have to have a reason. It will be more expensive if he can't be reached or wants to fight it (as in fight for property).
