    I want to live with my mom.
    I want to live with my mom. I am with my dad and I don't want to hurt his feelings. My mom doesn't have much money but my dad does and I don't have that much freedom with my dad as I would with my mom, and my dad has to work all the time. My mom only has to a little and I can't decide who I want to live with HELP.

    You should talk to your dad about more freedom. Maybe something can be worked out. You never know. How old are you and what kind of freedom do you want?

    How far away is your mom?

    I'm assuming that dad got custody of you in a divorce, To change custody, Mom has to go back to court and show that it would be better for you if she had custody.

    The court will make the decision. They may listen to you depending on your age.

    You can not just decide who to live with, the court gives custody to one parent, so to change custody, a court will have to change who you live with
