Update to TPR. About Child support on behalf of my fiancé
The jury said I should lose my parental rights.. We are now in disposition mode and the final hearing is September 24th 2009... I feel it isn't looking good as they are all concentrating on my persciption drug abuse in the past.. see my last post for all details on that if you need a refresher. But I still have some faith.

Ok, my fiancé has 3 kids that she doesn't receive child support for, at least she hasn't since Nov. 2008 for the 2 younger ones, and for the oldest one she hasn't in almost 8 years he is now 11. Every time she calls the court to let them know she isn't getting it and wants to know why or what she can do, they tell her they are filing a non-payment court appearance to find out why he isn't paying. (2 different fathers) she updates them on the addresses and current work places she knows of. To clarify, her son (11) the father hasn't been anywhere to find, however the 2 younger ones father is still around and my fiance's father knows his whereabouts as he is friends with his current girlfriends mom. Confusing I know. Anyway her father updates us if he hears he got a job or if he gathers any other useful information. Anything else she can do besides keep calling to get what seems like no where?

It sounds like she is doing what she can.

Im a bit puzzled when you say jury says I should lose aprental rights ? What type of trial was it ? In most settings that Im aware of there is no jury for family / civil matters. Why do they want to strip you of your rights ?
