    Unfit parents... I want to help my sister's kids
    My sister is unfit to takecare of her 3 children both finalically n emotionally... And is devorcing her husband who is also unfit he rather buy beer that food. And a violent drunk and she rather party and worry about men then her children my boyfriend and I eant custody of my 8 yr old niece and my boyfriend makes 1000 a week more than my sister n future ex husband make how do we go about this (my parents are going to get my two nephews)?

    Why are your parents going to split the kids up, how about keeping them all together and your help your parents with money to keep them together.

    But you get them the same way your parents are getting your two nephews, their parents sign over the rights to you and you go to court to gain custody or guardianship.

    Because my parents are older and can't take care of them all they can be a handfull all together but thank you anyway and what you said how would they sign the righta over and then we would go to court to get full coistody? Or how will tjis be done?
