Undo an adoption?
I married a woman with two children, when I joined the military I adopted her two children in the state of Ga. And we had one together. Question is, can I unadopt her two and stll have to pay child support on them? To my Ex its always been about money, Im not a dead beat dad I pay child support but I think she scamed me (she divorced me about a year after my biological child was born) and I want custody of my biological child. What can I do?

No. You can't undo the adoption. They are, in the eyes of the law, your children.

They are your legal children, you have as much right to ask for custody of them, as she does. Adoption should have meant, that you wanted them as yours, to treat you as. So now you do.

How can you even say something like that. Even if your marriage ended badly you should realize the fact that you have three children together. Regardless of the fact that you did adopt them they are yours. It would break those children's hearts if you were to try to unadopt them. If you want to gain custody of one child you should try for all three these children have already lost their father through this divorce do you really want to split up siblings. Don't be foolish and waste this valuable time you have with all three of the children. Be a father a good father. In the military yalls troop or whatever its called are brothers till the end right, you're a family regardless. So show some courage and be good man and take on the responsibilities you signed up for.

This is a legal thread on the legal board. Here we don't give personal advice. We give legal advice. Please keep that in mind.
Children, once adopted, are children for life unless/until someone else adopts them.

You know I have thought about this, If there was some proof, that was acceptable in court that could prove beyond a doubt that she had planned on divorcing you before she had you adopt the kids, you may try to prove fraud on her part. I don't know it would fly, but it would be one way, but short of having her on video planning all of this, not sure how to prove it.

Shouldn't matter. The kids didn't perpetrate the fraud on him. The relationship at issue is the relationship between the kids and their father, not between the mother and father.
