    Trying to regain custody of children
    2 years ago my children were taking due to my drug addiction,since then I've een fighting for the have done everything the courts asked, been in program after program completed one on which they yold me they would return the kids but did not .told me I had to go to a halfway house and outpatient which I did they said that would be enough but it wasn't they wanted to send me away again I refused now their (cps) is telling me I can't see my children which is yet to be court order and are threatening my rights I've put myself in all these places I'm not court order I put myself in family drug court and now their hreating me their going to throw me out I need advice I don't know my rights and have no money for a laywer my public defender isn't worth a dime so I'm trying to find out answers on my own.I love my children very much they don't deserve what they've been put threw and neither do I we just want to be reunited

    At this time who has your children? Is it a relative or foster care?
