    Too much child support
    Hi I have been paying child support since oct 8 2003 it was court orderd to have a garnishment from my check at $400 dollars a month one child is now 21 should my employer have stopped garnishment for her? I have two children the other is 17

    Not unless you went to court and got the court ordered modified.
    In some cases the garnishment has a stop date ( what does it say, do you have a copy)
