    Temporary guardianship form for an unborn child
    I am going to prison and I wam pregnant I want to know what paper work do I need for my sister to have temporary guardian ship until I get released

    There are no such papers. You can try to plan ahead and you can ask your health administrator how to go about it. But until the child is born there is nothing for certain.

    Are you going to prison before or after the birth? What about the father? If he wants the child his wishes take precedence.
