Signing rights over while on child support
How would I sign over my rights when I just got done with court for child support and a d.n.a test. the mother tells me she don't need me that our little girl has a dad and she's happy but I am about to start paying child support for a little girl that does not even know who I am what would I have to do to get my rights signed over?

Whatever makes you think you CAN sign your rights over? There is this myth that a parent can just sign over their rights. But it is only a myth.

You can suggest to the mother that she have this person she refers to as the child's dad adopt her. That and only that will free you from your support obligation.

As far as the little girl knowing you, if you want to be a part of your daughter's life then go to court for visitation. Clearly you are the child's legal father if you are being required to pay support. So you have rights to be a part of the child's life. So go to court and ask for visitation. Of course, this could spur the mother to go for adoption.

If the women is married and that husband wants to adopt, you tell her to get the adoption paper work and you will sign to allow adoption, that stops your child support also.

If not, you can not sign over your rights, in fact you should enforce them, get court ordered visits and become a real father to this child.

If not, just don't ever use a right, then it does not matter, just send that check every month.
