    Signed relinquishment of rights parents under duress in Texas court order 35 days ago
    I signed sept 10, 2011, filed dec 8, 2011. Been 36 days

    Can you PROVE that you were under duress? I seem to remember being asked about duress or coercion when I was on the stand in the courthouse when I relinquished.

    Are you SURE it was duress and not just changing your mind?

    PS.. you SIGNED over 4 months ago! If you were under duress, why was it not brought up between signing and filing?
