    Child support
    If I give up my full parental rights over to the other parent, am I still required to pay child support? I live in Texas.

    Yes, you are still required. Signing over your rights just means that you will not be able to make decisions regarding the child. But you are still financially responsible for the child you made.

    Yep. You can't just "give up your rights", unless someone wants to adopt your child.
