    Child support and summer school New York state
    Am I responsible for summer school if I pay child support already?

    I'm in NY - depends on how your divorce decree is written. Are you responsible for school expenses? If so, yes.

    If you "simply" pay child support and do not pay expenses connected with education, no.

    Check your Judgment of Divorce.
