    My rights as a father
    HI

    I have a daughter that is 4 months old and I have been with the mother from the child's birth but one and a half weeks ago the mum cheated on me with another man and we are now not together but is now in a relashionship with this man and he stays at her council flat everyday as I'm to believe. When the mum went to sign the child's birth certificate she done this with out me as they did not want me on it so the mum could get as much money and a council flat as quick as poss I was against this as I wanted to be on the birth cetificate but it was done behind my back the reason they done this is because I was out of work at the time and the mums family and my partner at the time decided to not put me on there.
    What rigght do I have as a father and how do I go about doing things the right way.

    Get DNA testing, prove you're the father, go to Court - same in the UK as it is in the US.
