    Relinquishing parental rights to a out of control teen
    I want to sign away my rights to the state of Washington is it possible to do?his dad is passed away and I can't control him anymore

    Basically you can't "sign away" your rights. You are responsible for him until he is legal age.

    You CAN ask the Police for the procedure to declare him in need of supervision. There is a website posted by the State of Washington, but I cannot get it to download.
