    Qdro and delinquent child support
    I am trying to get an qdro to collect delinquency of child support I spoke with one attorney and she told me that judges in southern Illinois don't like to do those orders and I would have to have to be part of his retirement plan included in the divorce is that true? Ayn:(

    Judges are people, they rule often from opinion but in the end can be forced usually to follow the laws if they are in place.
    So you may want to see and talk to several attorneys to find one that has had success or find that the judges just don't

    How much are we actually talking about ? Is the amount worth going to court and possibly spending thousands ?
