    The law 2006 Louisiana Code - RS 9:400 — Putative father registry - Louisiana RS 9:400 — Putative father registry :: Justia -- US Laws, Codes, Statutes & Cases -- Justia doesn't seem to specify a time limit. But it would be best to file ASAP.

    On a separate note, I have to ask why you did not include the full question when you originally posted?
