    Pre divorce debit
    Getting divorced after 5 years marriage (community of property with accrual), no children. My husband has 2 houses he acquired before marriage, both with mortgage loan and equity loan. Am I liable for this debt, if I'm not in either property title?

    You shouldn't be at least in my state I know that anything acquired before marriage that is not partially yours is all his whether asset or debit.
