My parents are trying to take my child
Long story shortned here OK. So I have prior cps history from 2005.during that case I was thuroughly quilty of all charges and a few others they didn't get me for. In 2006 I gained full legal physical custody of my 2 kids and all parental rights. I have had a steady uphill successful path since then until last year. I fell upon financial hard ship lost an awesome job new car and house. I'm contacted in dec by cps with allegations against me made in oct 2 months prior I reluctantly cooperated but at this point my kids are staying with my parents we conducted the home visit at my parents where the final arrangement came to me voluntarilly temporarilly placeing kids with grandparents till I stablized got into counseling and went through parenting. I notorized a statement granting my parents temporary authority to provide "child care" for my kids all of a sudden my parents have flipped switch on me denying me of leaving anywhere with kids or to be unsupervised with them they won't accept any of the counseling or parenting courses I've attempted even if they're cps and court approved they have gone as far as to tell my kids that they are not coming home to me I have completed the counseling and parenting mental health has cleared me stating I don't meet the criteria to receive further assistance I have even paid a year in advance on my rent to ensure shelter for my family at least for the following 12 months what on earth am I supposed to do

Has CPS declared that you are able to parent the children? If you want them back, go to Court and ask for them back.

Your parents will undoubtedly fight you and attempt to prove that you are a danger to them - physically or mentally. You will prove that you are not. A Judge will decide.

Where is their father in all of this?

Have you finished counselling and parenting classes? Attending less than the number required makes little difference.
