    Ownership of the property
    Greetings.
I left my family 3 years ago. I still pay the house mortgage as I did since 1989. Do I have any rights over the property?
    Thanks.:)

"rights" you own or are joint owner if your name is on the deed,

If you "left" you need to file for divorce and the divorce court will decide current ownership,
