    Out of state
My husband now has to have his 16 yr old daughter on his insurance. We are moving out of state in just under 2 months and he will most likely be finding another job once we are there. What happens to his court order once we move?

Nothing. It remains in effect and he will have to add his daughter as soon as he is eligible from his new job. In the meantime, he may have to use COBRA benenifts to keep her covered.
