Order denying motion to terminate guardian ad litem
I live in Orlando Fla. And my child's father thought he was going to take her from me so he went to the court house and opened a case about one year ago. The judge told he that he was going to have to pay for a GAL, wich was like 1800.00. And so he did and the GAL came out to do a home study, then out of the blue the father moved to Las Vagas. So the GAL put in a motion to terminate his self from the case seems how there is no case now and the judge said no, and it is the courts intention for his to remain on this case till the case is dismissed or goes to trial. PLEASE SOME ONE HELP ME OUT ON THIS. What should I do? He is not even paying child support.

I would get an Attorney - once a case begins to develop twists and turns you need legal counsel.
