    Nys parole keeping husband and wife apart
    Hello my husband is currently incarcerated for a parole violation of a curfew prior to that parole had a no contact conditon of his parole due to calls I made while not taking my prescibed mental health meds and parole assumed there was domestic violence going on,now while my husband is incarcerated we have full contact visits calls,mail my husband is due to be released in June and we fear parole will re issue the no contact condition of his parole can nys parole do this legally or is there any way to prevent them from doing this??

    This really isn't a family law matter.

    You can speak to the court that has jurisdiction and explain to them that you do not wish to have the no contact order. They may see things your way.
