    Moving out at 16
    IM 16 and me and my mom do not get along and both of us agree we don't need to fight in front of my 2 little sisters its not fair to them and if I do I can not live with some one? Cause me and my friend who graduated wants to get a place together?

    First, its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    Second, ANY question on law needs to include your general local as laws vary by area.

    Finally, if you read the thread you posted to, you should know that its very hard to get emancipated at 16. You need to be able to prove to a court that you can live ENTIRELY on your own.

    Show some maturity and listen to your mom... she knows far more than you think you do.

    Life isn't fair... and its best you learn that right now. And if you proceed the way you have been... you WILL learn just how unfair it can get.

    You are entitled to nothing but what you earn... you are entitled to nothing more than you can pay for... and you WILL be held responsible for every choice you make and thing you do.

    You have it easy right now... and its never going to be easier.
