    Modifying support
    If I have to leave my job because off a health promblem,and go back to school will my child support drop.

    Not automatically, you will have to file a motion in court, and prove your new income and ask for a reduction.

    With that have your proof of the medical issues. Are you applying for a medical disability.

    Can a lawyer answer all questions about child support ans custody
    If I lose my job because off an health issue,move from my current city to the city where my daughter lives and get 50% shared custody off her,will I still have to pay the same amount off child support,or will it drop,hope so.

    I have sarcoidoses in my lungs and work in a aluminum plant that has lots off gases and dust so I have trouble breathing so my doctor wants me out off there

    When you go to court to change the custody agreement to 50 percent, then you request a change in the support also.
