    Marriage abandonment laws in pa?
My husband leaves for days at a time. Never telling me when, where or when he is coming home. I work full time - he does not have a job- he is disabled. This then also leaves me with all the household chorse, unexpected dinner, children's schedules etc... This is totally disruptive to our household. Can I force him to leave??

Yes, file for divorce and have him evicted.

Does it matter if he pays part of the bills. Or when I file for divorce I will also be filing for child support.

All of that will be decided in the divorce. You can't make him leave until it's final, unless he does something violent toward you or the children, then you get a restraining order.

Your experts just gave me two different answers in 1/2 hour- which one is correct- 1 said - file for divorce and have him evicted - the other said you can't do anything until the divorce is final??
