Laws in the state of Texas on custody of children by a convicted felon
Can a convicted felon in the state of Texas get secondary custody of his children? He was convicted on a drug charge about 13 years ago.

Yes, it's possible. I see no law against it. It's all about whether he is a danger to the children NOW - and whether someone can PROVE he's a danger.
