    Judment against me
A judgement was placed on me because I did not pay child support for two weeks. However the court documents say that it was supposed to be automatically deducted from my account. Is there something I can do? I don't think that its fair.

If it's supposed to be deducted from your account, then why isn't it? Look into that. Either way, they payment of chid support is ultimately your responsibility, even if the order stipulates that it is to be paid via garnishment, etc. If the middleman doesn't do his job, that doesn't let you off the hook.
