Is a Judgement from Colorado honored in Montana?
I have two judgements against my ex-husband for maintenance payments. These were obtained in Colorado. He has moved to Montana. Can I collect on these judgements while he is living in Montana?

Yes, you need to contact your state first and they can help with collection. They can pass the order through and also get his wages garnised. The only thing they can help collect is spousal support. So anything outside that that was awarded as part of a judement / settlement they can not touch.

Yes. The U.S. Constitution requires courts in Montana to give "full faith and credit" to judgments from Colorado.
